Pleasant staff, comfortable room, good location and nice breakfast.

Clean rooms, lobby, and nice breakfast facility.
Water in Hot tub located in swimming pool area appeared dirty.
Staff was polite and helpfull. Rooms and building were very clean. Hallway carpeting was clean but needs to be restretched as bulges in carpet could trip a person walking on it.

Beautifully remodeled! Heated pool! Staff was outstanding! Very helpful and courteous! My kids wanted us to live there:)
Bathtub was not completely clean -- ground-in dirt at bottom. Hallway carpets badly need remodeling.
We plan to stay at the Comfort Suites in Benton-Harbor again. Extra fee for the room (versus a less-expensive hotel) worth it for all the updates, great staff and free breakfast.

Neat, clean good order. Easy to access from highway.
Loud people in parking lot at midnight.
Good place for a overnight accommodation. Not close to what I went to for the weekend.
